SafeBill is a digital receipt and warranty management app. It lets you capture, store, and organize all your purchase receipts in one place. You can snap a photo, forward a WhatsApp message, or receive digital receipts directly from participating retailers. SafeBill also tracks warranties and sends you reminders before they expire.
Yes, SafeBill is completely free for consumers. You can store unlimited receipts, track warranties, and get spending insights at no cost. We make money through our retailer partnerships and premium business features — not from your data.
There are three ways: (1) Take a photo of a paper receipt using the app's camera — our AI will automatically extract all the details. (2) Forward any receipt on WhatsApp to our SafeBill number — it gets parsed and stored instantly. (3) Shop at participating retailers who send digital receipts directly to your SafeBill account.
Absolutely. Your receipt data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. We never sell your personal data to anyone. Only you can access your receipts, and you can delete your data at any time. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
When SafeBill detects a warranty in your receipt (either from the receipt text or from retailer data), it automatically creates a warranty tracker. You'll receive push notifications 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the warranty expires, so you never miss a claim window.
Yes! Open any receipt in SafeBill, tap 'Split', and select which items each person should pay for. SafeBill will calculate each person's share including taxes and send them a notification. You can also split evenly with a single tap.
Simply save the SafeBill WhatsApp number to your contacts. Whenever you receive a receipt or bill on WhatsApp, forward it to SafeBill. Our AI processes the message (text, images, or PDFs), extracts the receipt data, and adds it to your vault — usually within seconds.
You can forward email receipts to your unique SafeBill email address, or take a screenshot and upload it through the app. We also support direct integrations with popular e-commerce platforms, so some online receipts may appear automatically.
Yes, SafeBill is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The experience is consistent across platforms, and your data syncs automatically across all your devices.
Retailers can integrate using our REST API or POS SDK. The integration typically takes less than an hour. Once integrated, every customer purchase can generate a digital receipt that's automatically delivered to the customer's SafeBill account.
